• Nike ZoomX, the most responsive foam, just got lighter. Running from heel to toe, it unlocks even more energy return than before thanks to a slight midsole reduction, giving you a bouncy, feathery feel
• Engineered mesh on the upper offers improved comfort and provides a disappearing feel on your foot. It helps reduce the weight of the shoe while supplying a more consistent fit. And we reduced the size of the heel and tongue, saving you even more weight on your run
• See how the midsole bulges out by the heel? We designed it that way to help reduce weight on the inside of the foot to give you a more stable ride. We reduced the weight of the outsole by using a thinner rubber compared with the Vaporfly 3. You still get the same reliability, just without any unnecessary thickness
• A racing-car approach when updating the Vaporfly 4, making minor tweaks so you can enjoy major gains. Inessential weight in the upper, midsole and outsole without sacrificing performance
